New York Ecology Museum
A competition proposal for an ecology museum conceived as a living environmental instrument. A responsive outer screen wraps a transparent structural frame while flowing timber volumes create galleries, overlooks, and gathering spaces within.

Design approach
The proposal explores architecture as an ecological interface. A field of responsive façade panels filters daylight and gives the museum a changing public identity, while a lightweight roof and exposed structural frame organize a family of carved timber rooms. The project develops these relationships through iterative modeling, environmental logic, and parametric studies.
3D Model
Orbit, zoom, pan, and isolate the museum’s native Rhino layers in a locked perspective view.
